Cancellation Policy

Deposit Terms

If an event is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event date, the deposit is forfeited and will not be returned.

If an event is canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled event date, the deposit may be returned, subject to the terms of the signed rental contract and any non-refundable fees listed in that agreement.

How to Cancel

To cancel a reservation, the customer must contact Sit Pretty Rentals by phone and by written notice, such as email or another written method accepted by Sit Pretty Rentals.

The cancellation request should include the event date, customer name, contract or invoice number if available, event address, and a clear statement requesting cancellation.

Authorized Contact Requirement

Cancellation requests must come from a person listed as an authorized contact on the actual rental contract. Sit Pretty Rentals may request verification before processing a cancellation.

Written Confirmation

A cancellation is not considered complete until Sit Pretty Rentals confirms the cancellation in writing. Customers should keep a copy of all cancellation messages and confirmations for their records.
